Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are quality-checked before shipping, but if you would like to return an item, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt to request it.

Conditions

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@smileybento.com. Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions and return address.

⚠️ Please note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another, the process is the same as a return. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Damages or Shipping Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If it is damaged during transport or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at hello@smileybento.com with images of the product and packaging. We will find the best solution for you (replacement or refund).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@smileybento.com.
